Our Mission
Nations Brothers Renovations began in 2010 when brothers Dave and Jeff Nations purchased their first home to renovate in the Richmond Heights neighborhood of St. Louis. Following in their father's entrepreneurial spirit, the brothers have a great foundation when it comes to small business building.
The mission of NBR is to positively impact the St. Louis community by completing quality home renovations that instill pride in their residents and in the neighborhood.
Whether it's a property to flip or an opportunity to add to their rental portfolio, Dave and Jeff are always on the lookout for homes in need of renovation.
Dave Nations
Dave serves as an investment partner as well as the Sales Manager. His 15+ years as a licensed agent comes in handy for finding those diamonds in the rough and new homeowners for their completed renovations. Dave lives in Town and Country with wife, Sara, and children, Layne and Will.
Jeff Nations
Jeff serves as an investment partner in Nations Brothers Renovations, putting his BA in Marketing Management to good use. With being a licensed agent and his education and business experience, Jeff is able to provide valuable input in many areas. Jeff lives in Brentwood with wife, Kelly, and sons, Henry and Benjamin.
Kelly Nations
Kelly serves as the Project Designer, selecting the finishes for all renovation projects. Her eye for design and experience as a retail buyer translate into beautifully-designed spaces that buyers and tenants are happy to call home!
